Workflow

Step 1

 Project materials & quotation

To begin, I ask you to provide the available project documentation: drawings, sections, a 3D model (if available), or concept sketches. Based on these materials, I prepare a clear quotation and an estimated timeline.

You receive:

  • a transparent price offer
  • an estimated delivery schedule
  • confirmation of the project scope

Step 2

3D model preparation & camera proposals

After the quotation is approved, I start building or refining the 3D model according to your documentation.
Next, I prepare camera proposals — this is where we define the visual direction of the project.

You receive:

  • the initial 3D model overview
  • a set of proposed camera angles
  • basic lighting and scene atmosphere

A 30% deposit is required at this stage to proceed with full production.

Step 3

 Visualization production & revisions

Once the deposit is received, I continue with full scene development: materials, lighting, environment, vegetation, and all necessary details.

You receive low‑resolution previews for review. I apply your comments and introduce corrections (typically 1–2 rounds).

You receive:

  • work‑in‑progress previews
  • the opportunity to request adjustments
  • confidence that the final result will match your expectations

Step 4

 Final renders & delivery

After the previews are approved, I render the final high‑quality images (standard resolution 1920x1080 px, higher resolutions available on request).

I issue an invoice for the remaining 70%. Once the payment is completed, I deliver the final files via email or download link.

You receive:

  • final high‑resolution visualizations
  • files ready for presentations, print, or online use
